If you have a lot of time to kill during your lunch break, it might be okay, but I placed my order 30 minutes ahead and still had to wait behind nine people in line to pick up my sandwich. It really takes away from the convenience of ordering online, haha. If you're short on time, I suggest looking for another option. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful place!
