Everything we ordered... read more I recently stayed here with Don Bruno. We both love Mediterranean cuisine, and we found it here. Andrea and Paolo's cooking is top-notch. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The value for money is also excellent. The house wine was also good. We highly recommend Andrea Favalli's restaurant, *Monile*. We would definitely return, but unfortunately, we live on the other side of the world.

It could be the server’s shyness in... read more The restaurant was beautiful and the outdoor seating overlooking the sea is quite popular. Service for our table was subpar. It could be the server’s shyness in speaking English. They did have a menu translation in English but the translations in some cases were poor or incorrect lacking detail. We had the hummus with shrimp appetizer, the tuna tartare and a beef tartare. The shrimp was quite good, followed by the tuna. We did not prefer the beef tartare as much…maybe more seasoning needed? Several of us had the risotto with raw shrimp and actually did not care for this. It could just be a difference in palate. The seared tuna was ok but we have tasted better in the region. The Fishermans Pot with gnocchi and seafood was quite good and was declared the winning dish of the evening. The meal was quite pricey and we left feeling underwhelmed. Lots of potential here for improvement both with the food and the service. Next time I would leave the children at home
