I go to this Dunkin' Donuts 5 to 6 times a week; it genuinely kicks off my day. The staff here is unlike anyone I've met before. Over the past four years, despite the changing personnel, they consistently deliver exceptional service and friendliness. They truly go above and beyond! Hats off to the whole team and management at this location!

It took a long time for them to take our order, and even after we finally placed it, I had to wait around 10 minutes just to pay. They left all our food sitting under the heat lamp, which made us wait even longer. By the time we received our meals, we were already running late and had to leave quickly. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a donut, and all our food was cold. The mini bagels were even partially frozen. I was very disappointed and plan to contact corporate to request a refund for my $20.

When I informed her that I would be reaching out to corporate regarding my experience, she appeared indifferent. I also pointed out that we wouldn’t have returned if the donuts had been satisfactory, leading us to choose McDonald’s instead. Additionally, I often find that you can only place orders through the drive-thru and not inside, which raises concerns about their level of service.

To make it worse, there was a pumpkin munchkin in the bag, and my daughter is allergic to pumpkin! When I called to speak with a manager, he seemed more interested in the $2.37 I spent rather than my daughter's safety. Are you kidding me? I emphasized that I wasn't concerned about the money; my main priority is my daughter's well-being! I just can't comprehend how difficult it is to put five chocolate munchkins in a bag. They didn’t even ask if she was okay—it's clear that they didn't care at all.
