When I informed her that I would be reaching out to corporate regarding my experience, she appeared indifferent. I also pointed out that we wouldn’t have returned if the donuts had been satisfactory, leading us to choose McDonald’s instead. Additionally, I often find that you can only place orders through the drive-thru and not inside, which raises concerns about their level of service.

When I called to speak with a manager, he seemed more interested in the $2.37 I spent rather than my daughter's safety. Are you kidding me? I emphasized that I wasn't concerned about the money; my main priority is my daughter's well-being! I just can't comprehend how difficult it is to put five chocolate munchkins in a bag. They didn’t even ask if she was okay—it's clear that they didn't care at all.
