The email has just been sent to the Guide de Michelin that something has apparently been forgotten. The hotel also leaves nothing to be desired: we stayed here for 3 nights and everything was excellent. The saltwater pool was a treat after hiking in the mountains. The rooms were very nice. Especially the bathroom: very stylish and high quality. Service: Great! From reception to the bar. Everyone is always nice and helpful. If you could give 10 stars, the Castillo de Monda would get them. The only tiny negative point, which of course no one can do anything about: the journey to the hotel is very steep and a bit adventurous. But hey: it's a castle! And the bar and restaurant services are very good. The pool and common areas are also very nice. We booked a double room. When we arrived, they gave it to us, being a different room from the ones in the Booking images, it was tiny and did not meet the minimum dimensions of 25m2 that they indicate. They told me that it had been bad luck since there was high occupancy and we had the worst of the doubles, it seems that they have different types of rooms in the same price range. At first they did not provide us with solutions, since only after complaining repeatedly did they offer us another room for an extra cost. A little more interest on the part of the Hotel would have been appreciated, especially considering that it was our Anniversary (something we marked and they did not take into account) and they made us live through somewhat tense moments.
