Woody's Bar-B-Q - Moncton

We went there on a whim. We were able to sit on the patio.Service was great, good food, hot and and made to order.

Stopped here for a drink and something to eat while watching the Tidal Bore come in. Nice setting to do this and a good view of it. The food was just average. We had the burgers and pulled pork sandwich. The burgers were prepacked style like from a grocery. Not much taste to it. The pulled pork sandwich was just average. I make better at home. The service was a bit slow, but waitress was nice. The side portions are simple again. The coleslaw side was just in a small 2 ounce plastic shot container, so not recommended. Maybe the pub fare is better with drinks rather than ordering meals.

Food was served cold and was not pleasant to eat. We strongly recommend to avoid this establishment, and we were disappointed that the staff at our hotel recommended it. We went in with hopes for some good food, but we got the opposite. Don't bother with this restaurant.

The location was excellent. The food and the service not so much. The waitress was very friendly, but VERY slow. When we arrived, the people sitting near us were complaining because the waitress had forgotten one of their orders. She did not even notice she was missing an order. The lady went inside and asked her for her food. She had no idea were it was. After about 20 min of waiting, the waitress finally took our order. Our food took forever to come out, even though they were not busy (11 people in the restaurant including us). My husband and my son ordered the bar b que pork sandwich. Neither one cared for it. I ordered a cup of Brunswick stew. It was pretty bad! Water down bar b que sauce with meat and veggies.

Was there for Wing Night. The wings are very good and the service was alright. The place was very quiet. I would return in the future.
