This establishment has a tendency to serve dishes with ingredients still in their packaging and fails to disclose this information to customers, yet they continue to charge full price. This is unacceptable. If half of the ingredients are missing, perhaps they should not be selling sandwiches at all. Overall, not impressed. View all feedback.
Friendly rats and mouses all over the place. Owner is obviously a nice person that cares about his restaurant's quality and is not money obsessed at all.

My neighborhood tim hortons... service is so bad I stopped going but still go often for my girlfriend. Her basic order is somehow messed up 100% of the time and they often don't have what she wants.
Litteraly sitting here in the Tim Hortons parking lot waiting for my husband come out. There was NO ONE in the restaurant when he went in. 5 people working yet we are still 10 mins here waiting for them to make 2 bagels. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in all of North America. They are slow, no one is actually wanting to work. There is one « supervisor » who is the most unfriendly person ive ever encountered. This Tims needs a complete overhaul, need additional training and some training on client service. 10 mins when your the only person in the store. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t know how to message the owner but something needs to be done!
