This is the only Indian restaurant where I can find truly authentic flavors. It's unfortunate that they have a limited menu, but the service is exceptional, and the taste of the food is consistently excellent. It's definitely worth the money, as the prices are very reasonable. View all feedback.
What Arman Hossain doesn't like about Taj Mahal:
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited this restaurant. It used to be quite good, and while the food still tastes decent, the quality of service has seriously declined. Thankfully, there are now better options in Moncton, like Tandoori Zaika, which far surpasses this place. View all feedback.
Great! just loved his butter chicken, dal suppe, and rogan josh.
Must try their chola bhatura best in Canada. They are open only from 11 am to 2 pm and 4pm to 9pm and closed on Monday. It's worth to make a trip to moncton just to have their choley bhaturey .I have not tasted such even in India. They are the best.
Fantastic food, amazing service, beautiful atmosphere and they went above and beyond to make my daughter's night. I will be back 100% and highly recommend anyone else to check this place out, especially if you have kids.
I have been to Taj Mahal restaurant a couple of times. It has become one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Their food is always rich in taste and flavourful. It resonates perfectly with the Indian taste. I would recommend everyone to give these guys a chance to serve you once.
One thing I like about this place is that the people are very friendly. They greet you with warm welcome and make you feel at home. The ambience is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere at the Taj Mahal gives you a feeling of being in a authentic Indian restaurant. I met the owner of this establishment in person. He is a young and very energetic person with a pleasant personality. He has an excellent team of professionals who are passionate and proud of their work. Not only I see them take their job seriously, but also I did notice that they enjoy what they do. A real customer service is shown here. The waitress led me to a well set table and ensured that I was comfortably seated. She then asked me if I would like a glass of cold or warm water to drink. Then she gave me the menu and let me be alone to decide what I would like to eat. The À la carte has the right price tag attached to it. So, I ordered Chicken Tikka and Ginger ale. I requested not to make it spicy as don't have good tolerance for heat. They served this wonderful dish. As I took a bite, I felt that it was genuine. They have a great chef, who cooks fresh food. I did go back several times until the day I had to head back to my home. I really liked every single meal and the snacks that I tried. I was served with mouth watering delicacies and I savoured every bit of it with joy and gladness in my heart. The entire place is really clean. I do recommend this place.
