On my way home from errands and stopped to fill my vehicle. I almost decided to not bother because of the lunch time line up but the staff was very efficient and they got the line under control in no time. What User doesn't like about Subway:
I was here yesterday at around 8:45 pm. The employees were not friendly and their appearance was unclean. I would assume by the way my sub tasted and looked that they hadn't ever made a sub before. They never warmed up my meat like every other subway I've ever been to, even when I asked. I’m never going to subway again at Moncton,staff was really rude to me and not polite ,there was this woman who was taking orders and she talks to customers anyhow ,almost everyone was complaining.
The guy with a blonde hair is really unprofessional. You have to buy a sandwich in order to use a washroom, never heard that in any subway or any restaurant. Management need to address the issue.
I didn't want to cause a scene in store in front of other customers but this was the worst examples of proper food safety I've ever seen. The person making our sub did not change their gloves in between handling meat and handling veggies. My vegetarian partner found steak in her veggie sub from god knows who order as I didn't get steak. They then went and use the cash and touchscreen with the gloves and proceeded to continue making our sub without changing their gloves. I found a black hair in my sub and felt throughly disgusted my entire meal. For 2 Subs meals it costs 40$ I expect better health standards for my money.
The restaurant should consider changing their hours. I used to visit 2 to 3 times a week for breakfast subs, and my husband would often pick up a sub for lunch. However, opening at 9 o'clock is not convenient for us as we work.
The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is outstanding.
