Puer Simple - Moncton

We ordered a few meals this morning from the mountain rd location. they skip the feeds that it delivers immediately, but when we opened it we lacked a complete meal. we called the place and they were very apologetic. they asked our address and brought them in their own vehicle with freshly pressed orange juice and extra side of the ham. very nice little surprise. very impressed by the service. thanks!

I will say that I do love this chain, and I believe this location may have been a bit too swamped today for the true reflection of this business, but things were just a bit off for our table's meals. The waitress we had was super friendly and did her best while we waited for our food. Our food was very good overall, but certain items were not at the level of quality I've seen at the Fredricton location. Needless to say, I'll always look to this chain for a quality breakfast, and normally quite a treat. Thanks

It was our first and last time at Pür Simple located on Mountain Road! They said that our online order would be ready around 12:52.Went inside at around 1:05 and was told order was not ready yet. At 1:35, my boyfriend called to know if our order was ready. They said to check on the website of skip the dish or doordash. He told them that we ordered on their website but they already hung up. So I went inside and finally our order was ready. But.. The food was cold, our two coleslaw were missing. We asked for utensils and they were missing as well. Very disappointed!!!
