This restaurant has seriously declined recently. The service from the employee who took my order was dreadful; I felt like I was bothering him when I called to place my order. Perhaps the franchise owner should reconsider their staff choices. Additionally, the food was cold, which was surprising since I thought most delivery services used heated bags.
