The risotto arancini was undercooked and was definitely not made in house. But rather cooked from frozen, from a place like Costco. (Was $19.00) for 5 pieces. I think if they want to elevate the experience, try to get food that isn’t cooked from frozen in a deep fryer. The view was nice, and the service was pretty good. Albeit the wine was heavily overpriced. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
