Mama's - Moncton

We received outstanding service, and our food arrived promptly at our hotel. The pizza was amazing, but the wings were truly remarkable – they’re a must-try if you find yourself in Moncton!

We decided to give it a shot during our visit to Moncton, and I must say, it's definitely the best pizza we've had in quite a while!

Edit February 26, 2022: I was pleasantly surprised when the customer service team reached out to me with a phone call. They were incredibly polite and receptive to my feedback. During our conversation, I discovered that they make their dough from scratch, which is quite impressive. I've never had a restaurant take the initiative to contact me like that before, so I was genuinely impressed. Initially, I was satisfied with the food quality, but my experience has become inconsistent since then. Some of my recent orders were undercooked—soft and mushy but not raw—and just last night, I received a medium-sized meal instead of a large one.

I had a really disappointing experience with the service on Saturday at midnight. The employee on duty was shockingly rude and seemed to have no grasp of what customer service is all about. He behaved as if he owned the place, yet failed to treat customers with respect. I won’t be going back—there are plenty of fantastic pizza places in town, and I don’t want to waste my money at a restaurant with such arrogant service.

The location is convenient, the service is warm and welcoming, and the BBQ chicken pizza is absolutely delicious.
