When Curtis is unavailable, he promptly returns my calls, unlike some other suppliers in the industry. Their prices are unbeatable, so we don't even bother calling anywhere else to compare. Any warranty issues are handled quickly, demonstrating that they truly stand behind their products. Ifoodequipment.ca is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. If you're not purchasing your equipment and supplies from them, you're certainly missing out on an opportunity to enhance your menu.

We bought a dishwasher that unfortunately failed... read more I have been purchasing from Ifoodequipment.ca for several years, but recently encountered a significant issue. We bought a dishwasher that unfortunately failed after only 14 months of use. Both Ifoodequipment.ca and the manufacturer, Omcan, provided us with no support whatsoever—just blame-shifting. We've invested over $10,000 in various items from Ifoodequipment.ca, but this experience has soured us completely. I will not be returning and cannot recommend them to others. Extremely disappointing!
