First time at this location and will definitely return. Cashier was very helpful in getting us the best deal. Always had Domino's everytime we went to Montreal and was so happy to hear one opened here. (Even tho it takes us 2hrs to get here...its worth it). We ate inside (limited space but very clean) and was ready to eat in 12 min. Food was really good and piping hot. Kinda pricey if u dont take deals so not somethi... View all feedback.
I was there on Sunday May22 during night time, was ordering first time. Jashan and his team (one guy and a girl) explain very well about deal. Great customer service.
Every time we go I always get the Cheesy Bread. Its so delicious. If you've never tried it you have to, you wont regret it! I ordered a peperoni pizza as well and it was very good. Its not expensive either. You wont be disappointed.
Most impressed with Service, presentation & food served! The staff were very pleasant & helpful! Pizza fulfilled My expectations!
We've always enjoyed Dominoe's and have regularly ordered in the past but I doubt this will continue. We placed an order for around $98 dollars online and used my husband's visa to pay online and placed it in a friend's name who would be picking it up for us. The supervisor called us to say where it was a "rather expensive order they'd need to verify the Visa at pick-up" I explained that would be fine and that my husband would be there. Half an hour after placing the order my husband arrived to pick it up but they had cancelled our order due to a misunderstanding and upon speaking to the store it became clear the manager had decided to cancel it saying "cancel it, and if they show up then we'll make it." I would have expected a call saying we're going to be cancelling your order etc and further communication but there was none. Very disappointing when you're looking forward to pizza.
We regularly order online for pickup at this location, and have always had excellent service. For some reason, today the order went to the Dieppe store, which is much farther from our home. When we got to the Moncton location, my husband was told the order was for the Dieppe location; the young man working the counter asked his manager if they could do anything, but the manager said we would have to go back and reorder online. By this time, the pizza was already made and cooling in Dieppe. We called the Dieppe store to explain what had happened, and that we wouldn't be coming to pick up the pizza (it would have taken at least another twenty minutes to get there). The person in Dieppe offered to re-enter the order for the Moncton location, but we declined. At this point we were not interested in being at the Moncton restaurant. If the person in Dieppe could change the order, why couldn't the manager in Moncton do the same?
