What User dislikes about Cafe Codiac:
Coffee is fine ... Sandwiches and Sweets are fine.It is a decent place to go if you are nearby and want to go for "coffee" for whatever reason.Clean enough ... Pricing about what you would expect. The way I feel is this ... It is somewhere that wants to set itself apart as the private cafe that is a step above the chains but just hasn't made itself feel quite warm and fuzzy enough to get there.I would and will go agai... Downeast coffee is the best coffee, by far, in New-Brunswick and beyond. Good selection of coffee, those people know their coffee stuff.
This is a great coffee house with a large variety of blends located in a big establishment with outside/inside parking. The service staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a privately owned business and the young owner is a great host. There is a large and regular crowd at Cafe Codiac and it's a great place to meet friends or to have small meetings.
My favorite place for excellent coffee and a breakfast sandwhich on saturday mornings. They offer a variety of amazing coffees and have a nice little menu. Friendly and helpfull staff add to the experience.
My husband and I. We are going to cafe every Friday lunch. Always friendly staff and fresh coffee. I never stop going there.sooooo good.
Wonderful beverages, food, and treats. All foods made on sight, coffee is freshly ground. Wifi so can do business while socializing.
Cafe Codiac is a popular spot with a diverse range of reviews. While some praise the friendly staff and wide variety of coffee blends, others find the service slow and the coffee lacking. The atmosphere is pleasant, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. The menu offers a good selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, and sweets. Prices are reasonable, though some customers find them a bit high. Overall, Cafe Codiac seems to cater to a wide range of tastes, with something for everyone, but it may not be worth going out of your way for.

Every staff member was very friendly, and helpful. The cappuccino and breakfast sandwich were delicious. I'd recommend it.
Great coffee. Nice people. One of my favourite places to work and get mochas in Moncton. Decent sandwiches. Yummy treats. Incredibly sweet staff
Tried this place for the first time then came back the next day. Nice staff. Amazing food and coffee. I'd give 6 stars if I could!
In the Moncton area, we have an array of cute and cozy coffee shops with warm service and yummy non-dairy milk lattes. This one is not one of them.
I really enjoy coming to Café Codiac when I want to get out of the house for a couple of hours. The staff are nice and friendly, there are a lot of tablets and seating, the drinks are always piping hot and delicious, and their sandwiches (both breakfast and otherwise! are very satisfying. I've yet to try their house soups but I have no doubt they'll be great! The wifi is of good quality and it's a great place to catch up on some work, study, read, or have a meet up with a friend.Parking: Parking is plentiful and easy access. If the parking lot is full, the Cafe is too, as there is just the right amount of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and plenty of room inside the Cafe to move around in a wheelchair or with a walker.

Stopped in for the first time, must say it was quite impressive! Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, very cozy and clean
I used to visit any time I was in Moncton living here now and it's my go to place for hot coffees and beans (I think they have tea too...lol) I love the lattes SO much, beans roasted in house, makes a huge difference. Lots of choices no matter what you want to drink or eat. We had no power after Fiona, and even though they were super busy staff were patient and quality stayed great. Love you guys!!
FINALLY, got a chance for another awesome Iced Americano from Cafe Codiac, it's only been 3 years since the last one and STILL, ONE OF MY TOP FIVE.Shoulda got a 20 oz , next time. Finding any coffee place that can make it properly, is like finding a $100 bill on the sidewalk, I've tried many, this one of my favorites..The other PLUSES: friendly, knowledgeable staff; great varieties of coffee beans, wonderful ambience. Got to meet a very kind gentleman and his sweet Airedale. I'd highly recommend this place, if you like good coffee, even smells excellent. I've not tried any baked goods, but if appreance is any indication, look great as well. A little off the beaten track for those of us passing through, but SO WORTH THE STOP...
1st time there and really enjoyed my Latte. Friendly and knowledgeable staff member answered my questions on the various coffees they sell. From what I observed, this is a very busy and popular place. Will be back.

The nitro cold brew has to be the best coffee I've ever had. The breakfast sandwich was fantastic as well. The place has a very good atmosphere. My new favorite spot
Great local place for a great coffee and lunch. Staff are always friendly. Recommend this place highly
Nice place, friendly staff and always very tasty. The food and coffee that is... not sure if the staff is tasty or not
Great Cafe, friendly staff. New to buying roasted beans for coffee at home, was given recommendations that we loved. Love the breakfast sandwiches!
This was my first visit to this restaurant and I absolutely loved it! I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and could hear the birds chirping, despite its proximity to St. George Boulevard. I ordered a Dark Roast coffee with cream and indulged in their delicious cinnamon roll at home. It was absolutely yummy!

Great coffee and baked goods. My wife and I like to stop in after a day of errands before heading home.

The staff was friendly, but this restaurant does not have a separate toaster and cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination.
I have been going to this restaurant for lunch regularly for the past two years. The staff is well-informed and takes precautions such as changing gloves and using a separate toaster. They offer delicious Gluten Free bread and even lactose-free cheese. Their drinks are also safe and reasonably priced. For around $13 including tax, you can enjoy a breakfast sandwich, a large gluten-free cookie, and a frozen hot chocolate with almond milk.
The staff was friendly, but this place has no own toaster and cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination.
I often go to lunch for the last two years. The staff is knowledgeable and they take precautions, glove change, separate toaster. Delicious gluten-free bread and even lactose-free cheese. Your drinks are also safe and affordable as a bonus. Breakfast sandwich, large gluten-free cookie and a frozen hot chocolate with almond milk costs around $13 (txe in).
