Coffee is fine ... Sandwiches and Sweets are fine.It is a decent place to go if you are nearby and want to go for "coffee" for whatever reason.Clean enough ... Pricing about what you would expect.The way I feel is this ... It is somewhere that wants to set itself apart as the private cafe that is a step above the chains but just hasn't made itself feel quite warm and fuzzy enough to get there.I would and will go agai... The nitro cold brew has to be the best coffee I've ever had. The breakfast sandwich was fantastic as well. The place has a very good atmosphere. My new favorite spot

Great coffee and baked goods, especially their frozen iced cappuccinos. Very nice to be able to have our dog at the outdoor tables and they even brought her water, treats, and a pup cup! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
