Chef Linda wa... read more My mom and I took a culinary class together for the first time, and although we don’t have much kitchen experience, the course was easy to follow. Chef Linda was incredible—her years of experience really showed. She was funny, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire class. Considering the amount of food we took home, along with a complimentary drink, snacks from the café, and a small lunch during the break, the price felt very reasonable. This was a wonderful mother-daughter bonding experience, and I will definitely be returning.

We crafted three different cocktails, and each one was outst... read more Tonight, we had an amazing experience at Brix Experience Moncton’s Christmas season cocktail class! We crafted three different cocktails, and each one was outstanding in every way. Huge thanks to Aaron, the bartender, who shared his extensive knowledge, including fascinating stories from his bartending days in the Maldives, and patiently answered all our questions. My partner and I had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to the next class—whether it’s another cocktail session or a culinary one, as we previously enjoyed an incredible Indian cooking class. Being new to Moncton, having places like Brix to explore and learn from truly makes my stay special. A big thank you to Brix Experience Moncton and Aaron for making our evening memorable! I’m hoping the next menu will feature a cocktail class focused on gin.
