Most of the employees are incredibly warm and embody genuine southern hospitality, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. However, this isn't the best spot if you're in a hurry. Every time I've been there, I've found myself waiting too long for something as simple as coffee, even when the place isn't crowded. They do offer text-to-order service, which I tried for the first time; however, it seemed to contribute to the delays. My order wasn’t even started until after I arrived and paid for it. This issue doesn’t diminish my overall impression of their excellent hospitality and food quality, but it does mean I’m unlikely to visit during the weekdays when I’m working.

I ended up waiti... read more For the first time, I was the only one in line besides another person. I ordered a smoothie, and after I placed my order, a few others came in. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for my drink, while everyone else received their orders before me. When I inquired about my smoothie, I was told they were still working on it, only to be disappointed when I finally received it. It felt like a waste of my time. While I understand it was the first day back to school, that doesn’t excuse the fact that six customers who arrived ten minutes after me were served before I was.
