Pizza Night Algarve - Monchique

Best party in the area...........i think it is more a good place to meet people likeminded from all over the wourld.

I went over to meet people in different ambiente....what you get for the low costs . Its is really for travellers wich like to sing and play music..... everybody can take part . great place to be.

It was definitely great location for the parties. but it has already lost it's soul with non stop price adjustments (increasing the price but decreasing the options like no pizza it changes all the time so no one knows what is the price of entry and if pizza is included or not. if all the stages are open or not. everything can change every week. and lately they push everyone to park in their land and take 5 euro parking price. this place is at the middle of nowhere so you can just park on the public road. I dont like their parking place because it is not enough flat for caravans and incredible noisy after the party if you are sleeping earlier then other people. I was not parking there even when it was free. I like to sleep in flat and less noisy place. so last time I wanted to park on the road a bit further after the party (like I did all the time in previous 7 years but I noticed that some guys from pizza nights blocked the public road and was insisting on parking in their side. I explained my reason about problem of leveling caravan and noise but there was stupid guy who works for pizza night with funny punk hair style dressed like clown argued with me that I have to park inside otherwise I can not pass from that point (public road !!! and he ended up making some racist comments he said he is having problems with Arabs all time (he thought that I may have been from that region . I thought that pizza night would be last place in the world to hear some racist words. but now it is a place with some gangs at the road blocking the public road ,threating people behaving like they own the public road and having some racist words. I have to mention that this person is not from this country but threatening people and make racism in Portugal. I believe that the owner is not like him so I have to make warnings that he has to be aware of these situations when choosing people. apart from these problems, be prepared to wait long time at the door, membership registration takes hours. it takes almost 30 min to register 10 person. you have to type your details through a MacBook computer. it feels like a punishment to watch every person searching for special letters on a unusual keyboard layout. so it is not surprise it takes hours to get in. all the stuff are volunteers . it looks like they are having fun and chatting with people at the door instead of making the process fast.
