Was Ljubenko Ojdanić at Abigail's a mag?
eating was great, I tried the avocado with mushrooms and it was so delicious! the vegan brownie was one of the best I ever had. but it would be nice to see some more vegan alternatives, how tofu scramble and vegan cheese. they had vegan latte, although that was cool View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Abigail's:
on the map were only the beyond fleischburger and the avocadotoast vegan. I had the avocadotoast with mushrooms. very simple court, nix special. updated from the previous review to 2022-09-10 View all feedback.

Little on the menu that is actually vegan: avocado smash and a burger. The system is: (1) reserve your table (2) queue interminably to pre-pay. If you have not reserved a table, they will not take your order. I gave up and walked away.

Cafe offering a lunch and brunch/breakfast variety. Some of them are vegan or can be veganised

We were looking for breakfast and Abigail's had been mentioned as good for vegans, but we agree with the recent reviews that there's not enough to choose to make it worthwhile. We didn't bother staying

Similar to previous reviews, there are limited vegan options. Avocado on toast, burger and burrito with no egg. Usually find that vegetarian restaurants offer plenty for vegans as well, not the case here.

This place just rubs me the wrong way. I haven’t been to many vegetarian places that don’t really seem to care about the vegans. This is one of them. Avocado toast and Beyond burgers just don’t cut it anymore. The first is just an overpriced cliché past the fad and the second has to be left for emergencies in meat restaurants. This leaves us with a burrito and a falafel dish. Take out the eggs from the first and the feta from the latter. No replacements or extras c’est la vie, they call it the vegan tax. Sadly for Abigail’s there are better vegan options is some of the omni restaurants in Lagos. One could say that it’s better to support a vegetarian restaurant at least, but they pedal eggs and dairy so heavily it really doesn’t make any difference, and the owners also own meat focussed restaurants that serve burgers with patties that weigh a whole kilo. I have eaten in Abigail’s probably at least five times and although everyone’s business needs to turn a profit, I hate being an afterthought at my expense. So yeah, hence the rant. Thank you.
