My daughters and I popped in for breakfast early one Saturday and were able to get a park right out the front but no doubt one wouldn't be so lucky on a work day.The cafe is very clean and the tables are not crammed together; the place has a nice vibe. We sat at a table by the window so I had plenty of light by which to read the daily paper provided by the cafe. The staff were very friendly and their service was prompt and efficient. We were impressed with the breakfast menu which although small, is interesting and offers not just the usual fare. I went with the salmon on rosti with fetta while one daughter had the English Breakfast and the other scrambled eggs with avocado and salmon. The food was nicely presented, very fresh and cooked perfectly. There were no complaints with the lattes or iced chocolate drink we enjoyed. The prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the meal we had with our total being $68.60. I will re-visit this lovely cafe when next in the area and would love to try the lunch menu.
Had heard a lot about this place and seen many people in there driving past on occasion so decided to pop in. Clear and crisp decor, very interesting breakfast menu with lots of options and attentive staff.I opted for a tea and poached eggs with bacon and avocado....although I was tempted by the pancakes and the porridge looked pretty good too. All good and since it is not too far away, I will definitely go back.
After hearing reviews from colleagues about how amazing their pancakes were I decided to try it for myself! I had a bite of the pancakes today and they were lovely and not too sweet - which is perfect for me! The smoked salmon was also quite tasty! Coffee was good and overall the service and experience went well! Will definitely be recommending this to other friends!
I decided to try the brunch delivery from this restaurant and chose the corn fritters with avocado and kimchi salsa, poached egg, and chicken sausage. The meal was delicious and I enjoyed the unique combination of flavors. The only downside was that the corn fritters were slightly burnt on the bottom.
I was drawn to this charming little cafe by their Asian-inspired brunch menu and decided to pay a visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helped me choose a dish from their unique and diverse menu. They offer traditional breakfast and lunch options like sourdough toast with jam, bruschetta, and oats, but also put an Asian twist on some dishes, such as their breakfast claypot and Korean burgers. My favorite dish was the mozzarella corn fritters, which combined different ingredients in an unconventional way to create a delicious and balanced dish. The crispy corn fritters were well-seasoned, and the creamy avocado on top provided a nice contrast in texture. The sweet pumpkin sauce was a pleasant surprise and paired perfectly with the dish. The perfectly cooked chicken sausage and egg added to the overall flavor. Despite its seemingly small size, the dish was very filling. The Tasmanian smoked salmon dish had a perfect balance of flavors. The combination of smoked salmon, smashed avocado, salty feta, and mango/chili jam created a sweet, sour, and spicy experience that elevated the classic dish. The buttery rosti added a unique touch that complemented the other elements well. Chloe's French Toast offered a variety of sweetness levels from the passion fruit custard, caramelized banana, and cinnamon brioche sandwich. While delicious, it felt a bit heavy after enjoying the filling main dish. The almond crumble added a nice texture and nutty flavor, although the berries could have been fresher. I would love to come back and try more dishes and drinks from their exciting menu! Food: 5 Value: 4 Service: 5 Ambience: 3.5
