This restaurant has now been banned as son thai eatery again. the pad thai was delicious with exactly the right mix of zitrus, drowned and fish sauce for me, and definitely coming back. However, we had difficulty communicating with the waitress...Times it is difficult to criticize this because it was so friendly and tried to be very helpful, but unfortunately it had no basic knowledge about allergies and thought that gluten allergy was an allergy to earth. at the end we have worked out that there were no gluten-free options for dessert, which was disappointed.

I agree that 7.90 for a diner box is cheap, but would rather pay 9- 10 and get the quality back that this restaurant had in the last 10 years. quality more customers, not hot rice on the outside and cold in the middle. microwave is bad!
We've been going for many years after starving thai and always found it super. they can either dip or take away. the furniture is utilitarian, but the friendly staff are welcoming and obligated. the essence of what is a takeaway café. is excellent. our favorite entry is the wild mushroom wonton; they are bite size and have a nice pfeffer taste. the samosa and currypuffs are not traditional. my favorite main thing is the green curry, it is full of taste and enough heat for me. I also like the jungle curry that does not have a cocose cream in it. my wife loves the larb gai (chicken mince) and the yum nuer (beef salat.) the suppers are very fillable and leave a warm feeling. it would be extremely difficult to find another Thai restaurant that is so good and has the extensive wonderful decisions like khung thai.
