This is my local cafe and it's great. They roast their own beans - it started as a roastery business for a number of years before opening a front of house cafe. Therefore the coffee is awesome, and accompanied by a small, but interesting, food selection. Come for the coffee. Sit in an industrial styled (but not pretentious) cafe. All round a good place where coffee is the king, not a place "to be seen" View all feedback.
My husband and I went to this restaurant for lunch. We began with a cold drip coffee and tried the shakshouka, which was deliciously spicy with a flavorful sauce and large pieces of ciabatta for dipping. It was a generous portion size. My husband ordered the warrior bowl, which he really liked. The crispy kale and soft haloumi were a tasty combination. Yum!
The best coffee in Highett can be found at this spacious cafe with a great menu. The food and service are both excellent, and the prices are comparable to other similar places for breakfast. I highly recommend this spot for a morning meal, and especially for their delicious coffee.
It has been some time since I last visited this restaurant, it was at the beginning of this year. I had the eggs Benedict which was truly amazing, with a perfectly creamy and flavorful sauce. The barista displayed impressive skills, creating intricate designs in the foam of my coffee.
Had a hearty brunch at this cafe. Portion was just enough to keep us filling full. Food was simple yet tasty (though the shasuka was a tad too spicy for us). Friendly staff!
Me and Jack Brom just adore this place. It never fails to please us. A true 13/13 experience. Amy, DJ Liam and the gang really know how to make an enjoyable experience, a comfortable environment and a **** mean plate of scramby eggs.
