I stopped in to Brew to grab, well a brew. I really like their corner location as it's easy to spot; and the ambience is warm and comfortable. The decor is attractive and it's a pleasure to pop in here. br/ br/ I grabbed a takeaway and it was nice and hot and well made. The barista was lovely and I will be sure to pop back in for a nice brunch next time. View all feedback.
We're regulars to Brew and have been dozens of times. The coffee in particular keeps bringing us back. Great place for breakfast or just to sit back with a paper and pass the time
Passed the new 'in' place on Kornang Road, with urbanites clustered about the sidewalk, waiting. In a town as blessed with quality cafes as Melbourne, I abhor lining up for any place. So I head for Brew, still the best and most consistent brekkie place in the area! They do everything well, so why would I want to line up in the cold?
This is 'the' pumping cafe in Hughesdale's Main StreetPersonally I tend to shy away from extra busy restaurants.
Good coffee and always busy. They don't seem to open on public holidays which is really strange for a breakfast/lunch place.
We were headed to another local venue after a long, hard weekend, but crowds and parking defeated us. With rain teeming down, we decided to head to Brew in Hughesdale. We should have come direct, because the coffee is good, and the scramblers excellent. In this occasion I chose the zucchini fritters, which were absolutely superb! Highly recommended for breakfast in the 'dead zone' between Murrumbeena and Oakleigh.
