Had a great day with friends at Bamboo Bean on Waverley Road East Malvern The service and the food were 10 out of 10. Great coffee. Recommend the burgers they were the best around. I am sure that this was not the owners fault for this one time mistake, however today at my second experience at this cafe I am shocked at the customer service. I recently ordered takeout breakfast from this restaurant and had a great experience. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from A$1 to 20. The food was delicious, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The service was excellent, receiving a perfect 5 rating. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, also deserving a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend this place for a tasty and convenient meal.
