Was Anonym at Tommies a mag?
Just recently back to Tommies and it is never disappointing. As usually got garlic chips with cheese, garlic mayo, vinegar and salt the best one in town. Got one of chicken fillet burgers (usual my order) and the fillet was moist and tender I loved...every bite of the burger. Service always quick, staff friendly and efficient. What Anonym dislikes about Tommies:
Went for lunch and decided on the fresh cod and chips, what I was served was chips coleslaw and dryed up fish with more batter than anything else, asked for a fresh cod again and was served something worse, ate a bit of it cause...I was hungry, shouldn't have fresh cod on the menu if you're not serving it, if you just said fish and chips you might get away with it but not at that price, the coleslaw was nice even tho... This chip shop on the main street was doing good business on Sunday evening. The fish and chips were well cooked with tasty batter. Good value too

Dropped in here last year for some fish and chips and was very disappointed. Arrived again this Sept to give it a second go but am sorry to say it was still very poor. We ordered cod and chips, mushy peas and homemade coleslaw. I...don't know what the fish was but it was dreadful and no mushy peas. It was the dearest plate of chips and coleslaw I have ever eaten. However I must say the place is clean and the staff are excellent. Other food on the menu might be better but if you want ordinary fish and chips forget it.
