The food is very fresh, with interesting flavor combinations, and the menu is impressively rich — everyone can easily find something truly delicious for their taste. The service is attentive and professional, the atmosphere is elegant, and overall everything feels high-level and well thought out. Definitely a place I’d return to and recommend for a great evening.

I cant forgot to talking about Paris, he is the most polite person that I ever meet and gave us an impeccable service and the best indications such as lobster and king crab starters and the best sake ever. Note 10 out of 10 for the restaurant and 100 out of 10 for Paris!!!! Amazing night.

From a cul... read more The food at Mayabay was genuinely 10/10 — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and exactly what you’d expect from a high-end restaurant in Monaco. From a culinary point of view, it absolutely delivers. However, the New Year’s Eve experience was a big disappointment. The restaurant’s website advertised a New Year’s Eve party, which is the only reason I booked and paid a €700 deposit. When we arrived, there was no party atmosphere whatsoever — no vibe, no music, no countdown energy. It felt like a normal dinner service, not a NYE celebration. That part honestly felt misleading and left a very bad taste, especially considering the price and expectations set online. Paying that kind of deposit for something that simply didn’t exist feels unfair. Final thoughts: Amazing food, no doubt about it — but the New Year’s Eve “party” was a letdown and did not match what was advertised. If you’re going purely for dinner, great. If you’re expecting a NYE celebration, don’t rely on the website.
