El Paso Mexican Grill Monaca

Waiter was rude. husband order a beer and a pop. Waiter brought beer and water. Husband said that he ordered a pop and did not want the water. Waiter threw the water. Bad service . No napkins . Waiter left table before you could ask for anything ....like napkins. Do not recommend unless you like being treated like trash because you asked for a pop that you ordered.

The waiter (had an eyebrow piercing) was extremely rude. I told him my food was wrong and he proceeded to hold the receipt in my face and tell me that’s what I ordered. He did this in front of my son while we were picking up our order. He was ignorant and had no customer service skills to even try to figure out why the order wasn’t right.

Was there for hrs. After an hour and seeing other people that came in after us getting their food, we asked about ours and the waiter said it would be out within minutes. Food came out and was cold. Had to ask them to heat our food back up. Had to keep asking for more drinks and chips and salsa.

Great food, decent prices, good service! Awesome new Mexican Restaurant at the Beaver Valley Mall.

I had lunch at this restaurant for the first time. It was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I will definitely return.
