They said they had a new employee and that this... read more Edited as Dunkin responded-I was contacted and was reassured the food I was served was not old, just overcooked. They said they had a new employee and that this was a known issue that they were trying to resolve. I altered my review because the woman I spoke to was genuinely concerned and was extremely kind about the situation. They did offer to replace my purchase and I really appreciated her honesty about the situation. Was sold 2 day old food. Ordered a dozen, drove all the way home, opened the box to find what I can only say were rocks and not donuts.. you could even see the icing was old. Why, just why? To knowingly do that is just wrong. You can't tell me the management owner would be unaware of this. Just gross.

Ordered online. Got to the Monaca store. Closed. They took my money. Had to drive to Chippewa store didn’t have much of what I wanted. Out of donuts at 8:30AM.... read more Ordered online. I am so sick of getting to the store and they NEVER have what you want. Poor customer service at Chippewa.
