The quality of the coffee can be hit or miss—sometimes it's excellent, but other times it's terrible. To add to the frustration, I've had multiple experiences where I've placed online orders only to arrive and find that no one is there to serve me! View all feedback.

Great! They made my coffee on the spot, the donuts and the munchies were fresh and delicious, especially the pumpkin.

Edited as Dunkin responded-I was contacted and was reassured the food I was served was not old, just overcooked. They said they had a new employee and that this was a known issue that they were trying to resolve. I altered my review because the woman I spoke to was genuinely concerned and was extremely kind about the situation. They did offer to replace my purchase and I really appreciated her honesty about the situation. Was sold 2 day old food. Ordered a dozen, drove all the way home, opened the box to find what I can only say were rocks and not donuts.. you could even see the icing was old. Why, just why? To knowingly do that is just wrong. You can't tell me the management owner would be unaware of this. Just gross.
