Tess needs a... read more Ok, so I just wanna mention, Tess is AWESOME. I have yet to have a GREAT experience here, just an average Arby's visit, up until about 15 mins ago. Tess needs a raise or something because she just made my night with her hospitality and sheer down-to-earthattitude. She was nothing but sincere and even complimented my fiance on her outfit. Outstanding service. I hope she goes farwherever she goes.

I used to work here, I liked it at first but I had a lot of life issues outside of work, they were always upset with me when I called off bc I didn't have any c... read more I used to work here, I liked it at first but I had a lot of life issues outside of work, they were always upset with me when I called off bc I didn't have any choice but to call off, I always felt like everyone here hated me and alot of the staff treatedme like I was stupid, it's not my fault I have learning disabilities and I'm not good at math, I'm also autistic and mostlycan't deal with people, I try to do my best to, but I don't ever appreciate people getting mad at me for things I can't control,I would never recommend working here, or any Arby's, and I would never work here ever again, customers most times were also rudeto me when I made a mistake on accident and it made me sad when someone thought I was being rude even though I wasn't
