If I had knew about this place I would have be sad I couldn't find a nice bar on the way back to Tosnacco from Carate!! I stopped at the Micromercato in Moltrasio because I wanted something to drink (and we're not talking about juices here! :D) They, Paolo Monica helped me and I bought a nice bottle of Orvieto wine, but when I tried to open it..I brook the cork!! So, with the bottle in my hand I was looking for someone that could help me to open it. I came by this little bar..and the guy inside was very very kind and helped me open it. If I'd arrive before, I would have stopped here for my drink while watching the sunset, but as it was..the bar was full of happy men and I felt stupid stopping. (I was trekking alone) So I found myself a bench where I admire the sunset drinking my Orvieto wine, eating my panino and delicious cake! . Next time I will stop..because I'm coming back!!!

A wonderful... read more A favorite for locals in Moltrasio. Our friends have been in town for three months and have been able to get to know the owners and staff very well. A wonderful place for very imaginative cocktails, wine selections and appertifs. And yes, the food is equally great. Well prepared, well plated and flavorful. Owners and staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended! And have their Tiramisu, wonderful.
