I have gone several times with the family and we have always liked it and that is why we have repeated several times, always à la carte. Today, we have returned and the truth is that with some dishes it has not been a success, because the entrecote has had to be repeated on several occasions, the first time it has been overcooked, perhaps due to haste, in our opinion and from experience I would say Just as it was taken out of the freezer, they put it directly in the microwave to defrost and it was overcooked, giving it the point on the griddle or grill, but since it was already quite overcooked, they could not give it the cooking point that was requested. The second one literally looked good, but when you cut it in half, it really was frozen, a fact discussed with the waitress who was able to verify that it was really frozen. The Steak, other times that I have eaten it, it has been perfect and yet today it has let me down, past a crushed point and not at all tender. Bolet cannelloni, a good and correct product, the béchamel seemed like plain milk with flour, other times perfect. The duck with pears, burned both the meat and the fruit. I want to assume that it is a specific situation, perhaps because the cook is on vacation or because he has folded, I don't know, but sometimes this makes a charming place stop being charming. (There are details that perhaps the person in charge of this business should take into account at the welcome, before they put you some olives that were delicious, now you put some salty dried fruits that at first if you bring young people what causes this appetizer to take away your appetite and ask less) I will try again, but if the same thing as what happened today continues, I will definitely stop visiting it.
