When I arrived, I noticed dirt on the sidewalk in front of the door, which I soon realized was actually grease being tracked outside from the greasy floor inside. As soon as I stepped inside, my feet started slipping on the greasy floor. Looking around, the restaurant was clearly not clean. If they can’t even keep the floor clean, I doubt the kitchen is well-maintained. I decided to leave and go to a different restaurant. The only way I would return is if they completely rebuilt the place.

In my opinion, still the best takeout chicken around. This location is the top in the QCA—always fast service and friendly staff with fresh chicken! Unlike other spots, especially the one in Milan, they never forget the honey. The restrooms and the restaurant itself are clean. Being a chain, it's tough to claim their food is the absolute best, but somehow they consistently cook the best chicken. The mashed potatoes and gravy taste even better here—maybe they add a little something special! Lol
