With only two young ladies working on a busy Sunday, they were still polite and fast. When I arrived, I noticed dirt on the sidewalk in front of the door, which I soon realized was actually grease being tracked outside from the greasy floor inside. As soon as I stepped inside, my feet started slipping on the greasy floor. Looking around, the restaurant was clearly not clean. If they can’t even keep the floor clean, I doubt the kitchen is well-maintained. I decided to leave and go to a different restaurant. The only way I would return is if they completely rebuilt the place.

There was very little gr... read more I ordered a couple of chicken bowls that we normally enjoy, but unfortunately, this time they seemed to have been left out for a while. There was very little gravy, and the chicken was cold and tough. My husband's meal also fell short, as the chicken was greasy. To make matters worse, I was charged $2.89 for a small side of coleslaw, which I felt was too expensive. I used to really love KFC, but after this experience, I'm unsure if I'll go back. Unfortunately, returning wasn't an option at that time.

She kept the change, and when I got home, I discovered that my chicken strips were undercooked.
