With only two young ladies working on a busy Sunday, they were still polite and fast. I was hoping for a relaxing meal at KFC, but I immediately noticed some dirt in front of the door upon arrival. As I entered, I slipped on the greasy floor and... read more I was hoping for a relaxing meal at KFC, but I immediately noticed some dirt in front of the door upon arrival. As I entered, I slipped on the greasy floor and realized that the entire restaurant was not clean at all. It was clear that if they neglected to clean the floor, they likely did not clean the cooking area either. Disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, I left and went to another restaurant. I will only consider returning if they completely tear down the building and start fresh.

There was very little gr... read more I ordered a couple of chicken bowls that we normally enjoy, but unfortunately, this time they seemed to have been left out for a while. There was very little gravy, and the chicken was cold and tough. My husband's meal also fell short, as the chicken was greasy. To make matters worse, I was charged $2.89 for a small side of coleslaw, which I felt was too expensive. I used to really love KFC, but after this experience, I'm unsure if I'll go back. Unfortunately, returning wasn't an option at that time.

She kept the change, and when I got home, I discovered that my chicken strips were undercooked.
