I waited in line for over 30 minutes from 8:03 to 8:33 to get a bacon egg cheese bagel and was told that someone forgot to do their job and turn on the grill so... read more I waited in line for over 30 minutes from 8:03 to 8:33 to get a bacon egg cheese bagel and was told that someone forgot to do their job and turn on the grill so they couldn’t make any food. Why was the drive-thru so slow if all you have available are pre-maid doughnuts? Unbelievably bad service. I also watched at least 5 cars behind me in line leave without purchasing anything.

If you're going to charge ridiculous prices for bulk donuts, you should at least get the order correct when it's ordered in advanced and paid for in advanced. I've got students now giving me a hard time for this. I shouldn't have to individually check 30 donuts, that's not my job.

I've got a Dunkin every day for 10 years that was my last trip I'm trying KS out there's a competitor right down the road that's a lot easier to deal with

We usually order the signature mocha iced latte, but it almost never has enough chocolate or whipped cream. On the bright side, the staff are consistently polite and well-mannered.

There were only two staff members working, and despite the place being almost empty, service was incredibly slow. It seemed like they didn’t know how to operate the machines properly, and they restricted access to the lobby area. I've been a loyal Dunkin' customer for a decade, but after this visit, I'm finished. I'm planning to give the competitor down the street a try since they appear to be much more efficient.
