Whenever we ask for less ice, they always end up adding extra. We usually order the signature mocha iced latte, but it almost never has enough chocolate or whipped cream. On the bright side, the staff are consistently polite and well-mannered.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were only two staff members working, and despite the place being almost empty, service was incredibly slow. It seemed like they didn’t know how to operate the machines properly, and they restricted access to the lobby area. I've been a loyal Dunkin' customer for a decade, but after this visit, I'm finished. I'm planning to give the competitor down the street a try since they appear to be much more efficient.
I ordered a 50-count box of filled munchkins and only received 41, and I also got a 50-count box of chocolate glazed munchkins but found only 36 inside. It seems the staff there struggle with counting. I've attempted to call them four times but haven't received any response, so I’ll need to contact the corporate office on Monday. This happened at the Dunkin' in Moline on the Avenue!
I grabbed an iced coffee in Rock Island, but it barely tasted like coffee at all. By the time I noticed, I was already on the other side of town. I drove by the Moline location and decided to stop in to see if I could get some coffee on the side to mix in. To my surprise, the same manager from Rock Island was at the Moline store, which was packed with customers. However, he was very courteous and quickly had my drink remade. It truly made my morning!
