The service was too fast and the atmosphere was quite nice, but a bit cold.
I was there on Sunday, April 12th. The setting is lovely, and the sea view creates a great atmosphere. We ordered seafood, some of which weren't particularly fresh; perhaps smelling them before serving would be a good idea. The monkfish packages were excellent, but the seafood risotto was terrible. There were some obvious mistakes: the rice wasn't suitable for risotto, which didn't bind with the ingredients, and there was water on the bottom of the plate. For our second course, we ordered fried shrimp, calamari, and mixed seafood. The mixed seafood was the same as the calamari, with the addition of four small fish. If the menu says mixed seafood, I expect a fish-only fried seafood. The bill was reasonable for the location and the food. There's definitely room for improvement.
I've been there a few years ago, more than once, and I can say it's never disappointed. It's one of those places that always leaves a good impression, both for the quality of the cuisine and the overall atmosphere. The dishes, especially the seafood, have always been tasty and well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. It's a restaurant that manages to please everyone: ideal for both a quiet dinner and a relaxed lunch, without ever being banal. The location is pleasant, with a setting that enhances the experience, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcomed. The quality-price ratio has also always seemed consistent with what's on offer. In short, Ricomincio da 3 is a sure thing: I've been there several times in the past, and if I were to be in the area again, I'd definitely return. A reliable place that keeps its promises. Fantastic place, menu needs revisiting, overall I recommend it (especially on nice days like today). I recommend it.
I had lunch with my family today and couldn 't be more satisfied. The food was good, with excellent service, and the price was more than in line with the offerings. I particularly enjoyed the tonnarelli allo scorfano, a true seafood first course, different from the usual spaghetto allo scoglio. In Bari, for the same quality of food and service, at a similarly seaside restaurant, we would have paid a little more. We 'll definitely be back.

Amazing experience! the service was top notch, eating was even better and the atmosphere, cleanliness and quality of the food was about everything we expected. we had a party of 20 people and everything was perfectly organized, punctual and tasty! many outdoor seating directly at the water and beautiful sunset view.
The best fishing restaurant in Puglia
