What User doesn't like about Fishbone:
I ordered two pineapple fritters and chips and paid for them, only to find out I'd have to wait 30 minutes. If I had known this before paying, I wouldn't have placed the order. After waiting for 40 minutes, my order finally arrived. The chips were overly salty and inedible, but the pineapple fritters were okay. I won't be returning. Service: Takeout. Meal type: Dinner. Even though it’s 20 mins drive away we visit ‘Fishbone’ regularly. With helpful friendly staff, its always a pleasure being a customer there. Good portion sizes and quality food. We usually sit at the outdoor tables to eat and enjoy yummy battered fish, sea scallops and chips! Hubby always adds in a favourite fishcake! Very happy customers here guys keep up the good work!
Ordered 3 pieces of fish and calamari, the fish was tiny and extremely dry and the calamari was dry and tasted like frozen overseas seafood, should of gone to kfc
Just paid $100 for inedible food. I ordered 3 pieces of grilled fish it was lucky to be 1.5 pieces all up and the chips have definitely been reheated was impossible to even chew them they were horrible. So disappointing. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40
Paid for fish and chips got one large chips was told sorry accidentally put thru as large chips not fish and chips I don't know how how they didn't accidentally charge me for just a large chips, should have Checked reviews first as im not the only one giving this place a 1 star wish I could give no stars like they give no f#@ks. Having purchased food from here twice before I picked up an order on the way home. Mainly staffed by kids (which admittedly works for MacDonalds etc, but not here) On arriving home food was almost cold, very greasy, heavily salted unappetising.
