I ordered the raw crab in sauce. the crab tastes fresh but texture is soft as other raw crab i've tasted so far in korea. suggest to eat mixed with rice. on its own, the sauce is too much. i picked the meat to mix with rice to minimise taking the sauce. worth trying but not a meal i'll repeat. It's so delicious to eat crab meat with rice. Not boring Dried fish seasoned with vinegar is also spicy and sour I couldn't eat mint fish.
