There were only five tables occupied, yet it took forever for our food to arrive, and we couldn't even get drink refills. I was there with my 4-year-old son, my mom, and my sister, and after waiting an excessively long time for our appetizers and drinks, we asked them to serve my son’s meal as soon as it was ready, while the rest of us waited. A couple of minutes later, my mom's food arrived—only hers— and it was served cold. The sandwich had cold, melted cheese, and the tater tots were also cold. I am shocked by the poor level of customer service. Don’t waste your money here; do yourself a favor and choose another restaurant!
