The city view and upbeat background music provides a nice ambience.

Also ordered via room service late at night. Price: Very reasonable for food quality and good service. Ambience: Nothing extraordinary but good hotel in Surabaya.

Although the main course itself was tasty, it took an incredibly long time for the food to finally arrive. On top of that, the dishes came out in parts, so we couldn’t start eating together. That really took the joy out of the meal. The dessert took even longer to arrive—absurdly long, to be honest—and when it finally came, it looked hastily put together and was nothing special. The tiramisu had no flavor at all, and the churros were undercooked. To make matters worse, the dirty plates from the main course were still on the table while we were trying to eat dessert. All in all, a very disappointing experience. We were hoping for an enjoyable dinner, but because of the slow and chaotic service and the disappointing desserts, this was our first and last visit.
