When the small portion of curry arrived, there w... read more I was tempted by the food here, especially the board saying tapa for €3.50. Ordered a caña and the green curry. When the small portion of curry arrived, there was no rice, so I asked to have some. How can you eat runny curry without rice? They brought some savory rice instead of jasmine, but I was hungry so just accepted it. When the bill came, it was €10. I questioned this, and was told that rice is extra, cos this is how they do it in Thailand, and that my tapa was special and €4.50. We 've been all over Thailand and never once been served curry without jasmine rice. I can also make a better green curry at home in 25 minutes. Don 't confuse tons of chilli with 'authentic '. It 's about the blend of flavours. Perhaps they don 't know how it works in mojacar, but I can 't see anyone eating here at these prices. A quick beer and a small snack does not cost €10, especially with no view and miles away from the coast.

No menu, you just go to counter and choose what you like and there are lots of choices; fish, meat, chicken, rice, etc. Very tasty and spicy food and it is home cooking. Try the fish cake!

This restaurant is next to Mercadonas in Mojacar Playa. Amazing flavours and Timi is such a lovely lady. I highly recommend this restaurant.
