Absolutely fantastic little restaurant serving an Arabic Spanish fusion of delight. We found this place when visiting the Christmas market in Mojacar, and so pleased we did. The service was excellent, and the food amazing. The lamb tagine melted with fruity flavours in my mouth, and the homemade baklava is incredible. Cannot fault any of the food, delicious and washed down with a lovely red wine. Definitely will return with family and friends, worth the trip from Senes.

Calima is a must visit in Mojácar! The lamb tajine is delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere is lovely, but the service makes the experience. The owner is hilarious and so welcoming he truly knows how to make guests feel at home. You’ll leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face. Highly recommended!

Was ok... selfbaked Bread was nice. Tajines very small. Aubergine paste with less sabor. High price..

It's ok but food rather bland and did not impress. Food missing the flavours of an authentic Moroccan kitchen and was rather sparse. No vegetables with Kifte tahine. More like fast food.

Great setting on one of the main squares in Mojacar. Extremely courtesy and professional waiter. We explored the rich menu according to his suggestions and explanations and had a absolutely rewarding food experience. Good wine selections with correct prices. I strongly reccomend this place if you want to taste the North-African arabic cousine at a reasonable price and in a very welcoming environment.

Great night here with Jamal front of house quite a showman juggling the mint tea etc Lovely food great atmosphere, well priced food, plenty of menu ideas suited for sharing including the tagines. It was also a very enjoyable evening with the buzz of visitors around Mojacar Pueblo strolling through the various streets. MUST BOOK in high season July to September to avoid disappointment as many were turned away ie no reservado, no mesa, lo siento .

Hidden gem towards the rear of the Pueblo in a little square. We arrived at 8pm and was empty and every table had a reserved badge. We asked if he could accommodate and he removed the reserved sign and sat us down. Within 20 minutes the door place was full (all bookings) and we watched couple after couple being turned away… my point is book as it’s popular for a very good reason. The menu is limited to around 4 5 starters 4 5 Moroccan dishes and the same with Spanish dishes. I would say that I liked the sound of every dish and we had the samosa and the aubergine to start followed by tagline (one fish one lamb). Every dish was cooked to perfection and I would certainly return. My favourite was the samosa but everything was clearly fresh and homemade Our waiter was really nice and worked hard (probably the owner) and don’t worry they only have 2 team members as the service was brilliant Highly recommend this restaurant and the pueblo is a great place to visit.

Amazing North African food Unbelievably good food. Great service and a lovely setting. When we first saw the menu we thought the choice was really small, but all seven of our group said the food was incredible. Highlights: samosas, chicken pie, tagines and the best couscous we’ve ever tried. Will come again for sure.

First time trying moroccan food and it didn't disappoint. there was plenty to choose from off the menu that was gluten free. Started with a nice salad to share and then a kefta tagine, my partner had the beef tagine, acompanied by a nice white wine. we ended the meal with a panacotta each. if only there had been some gluten free bread! the staff were nice and really helpful. would go back again.

Very touristic place but we went in mid-July and in the end we found a place booking a few hours before. tables on the terraces where the owner directly attends you, very professional and attentive. We ate wonderfully and for a really correct price. I definitely recommend it!

To be honest, we ended up eating here for a mistake from one of the travel group. When we arrived and saw Moroccan food we were surprised because he did not see it when he entered the tryadvisor. He gave us a hurry and we stayed. the food I got because I know the food with spices, but my companions only got their dick and cod. The smoke was fine with the bought one; the eggplant didn't get anything from them and the lamb or veal heels, we ate it and it was good, ate almost everything. The sweets got me and they didn't, either. So if you get spices and this kind of food, it'll get you. We paid two hundred and peak euros and seemed expensive for what we ate. yesterday in the wild, much more food with tablecloth, wines and desserts, for 70€ less. here, plastic tablecloth and rich but expensive tea.
