Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mohegan Lake

0 stars! By far the worst chipotle. Everything is cold and taste like Soap, Clorox and just Dirtiness. Stomach pains tonight..I highly recommend not using same gloves to wash floors, clean dishes, handle cash, and food. It would make sense to use spoons to scoop food, do not stick funky fingers into the food to make burritos and than scratch head, pull up pants and use registers and than clean. 2nd recommend all new staff, looks like everyone is on the same boat, and that boat is uncleanliness and dirty old food. 3rd take note of the humans walking in to order food, it?s OK to make eye contact, say hello and take orders? so many more bad things to comment on But first is cleaniness.

Service was great. They give discounts to law enforcement and military service members. Food is alright just like any other Chipotle. Plenty of seats. Line varies but could get pretty long during lunch.

I usually go through the drive thru but the last 3 orders were wrong so I decided to inside. All I can say is this place is gross. Food everywhere, counters disgusting, people not changing their gloves. I stood there and watch for five minutes in disbelief. Absolutely horrendous. I couldn?t believe my eyes. It should be zero stars but in order to post my comment I had to pick 1 star. Before you order go inside and take a look around.

Really a mixed bag coming here. My order is messed up more often than not. It seems to always be understaffed which is why I assume the dining room is closed a lot of the time. The location in general is not great during busy times but that?s not the restaurant?s fault. Overall though, not a great experience majority of the time. Btw if there are issues with your order contact chipotle?s customer service ?chat with Pepper? and typically you will get some sort of reward, if you even want to bother coming back

Everytime i come here.. why at 12:37pm is the store closed. Paying people to have a closed store makes no sense. The chipotle app says it?s available for delivery but no mobile order but it?s closed.. make it make sense
