They put dietary advice on signs for the ready-made foods and there is a menu and some choices for children. However this is a small place using a lot of local produce and products. So they change what's available all the time and foods can sell-out. It's a lovely place to eat healthy options and you can sit outside at one of the tables or takeaway.

I had a Roasted Cauliflower Banh Mi which was a delicious combination of flavours, and one of the best fruit smoothies I ever remember drinking. Plus they have great tasting coffee and Turmeric Lattes. Highly recommend.

However, they do a good deal o... read more I wasn't expecting much, I don't usually think much of cafes like this one with the whole organic appeal to magic thing going on. However, they do a good deal on a bacon and egg roll plus a coffee and I couldn't help giving it a go. The coffee was great (long black with no sugar), and the bacon and egg roll itself was quite impressive, I'd happily order the same thing again (though I'd prefer bbq sauce rather than garlic aioli).

I tried their breakfast bowl, and it was absolutely delicious—filling and flavorful, and a perfect way to avoid anything greasy. The coffee was just average, so I might give it another shot next time.
