We booked a wine tasting before lunch at the La Zorra winery, owned by the same manager and owner of the restaurant, Agustín Maillo, that the only thing I can say to him was that at no time, not even during the visit and tasting at the bodega nor during lunch could he appear to greet the diners and ask how everything had gone, as happens in great restaurants. At first we thought he wouldn't be there, but once we were leaving the restaurant we saw him coming out of the kitchen behind the bar. I think I should take care of these details. The food, the service and the facilities of 10, spectacular.
