Positives are that you can order from either the Spanish/seafood menu downstairs or the Italian upstairs no matter which restaurant you choose. View of the harbour from upstairs is nice, special mention to the concierge who was friendly and impressed me with his knowledge of oatcakes and Wrights pies :-D. We booked the restaurant to celebrate our last evening but having dined there would probably look to go elsewhere on your last day as the place isn’t anything special.

Top class service by every memb... read more My wife and called to the centre to a different Italian and stumbled on Restaurant Volare and that is what makes it so special . Top class service by every member of staff . A lovely lady took our order and throughout the night all the other staff attended us . My Wife’s Pizza was amazing and the star of the show was my fish baked in salt with grilled vegetables that I requested . They hadn’t got the bottle of cava we requested but gave us a €5 discount off a dearer bottle .

So planned a trip to Puerto Rico for dinner whilst staying in grand canaria the restaurant we had decided to go to was closed and my daughter really wanted Ital... read more So planned a trip to Puerto Rico for dinner whilst staying in grand canaria the restaurant we had decided to go to was closed and my daughter really wanted Italian somehow stumbled upon this one was not disappointed, food was delicious well presented and staff couldn’t have been nicer. The restaurant is in a busy (slightly run down and dated) complex full of restaurant and shops but don’t let that put you off it’s just along the marina and beach area. We enjoyed the food so much wanted to return again but ran out of time. The manager was very charismatic and attentive. Parking is not so easy so park in the main parking area at the side of the beach it’s a nice (less than 10 min) walk along the beach front to get to the restaurant. There are many touts around this area trying to get you into bars and restaurants which is off putting but part of the nightlife in this part of the island.

M... read more We were in the mood for Italian tonight and we were not disappointed. I had the Bolognese my wife had risotto. She said that it was the best she had ever had. My dish was very good but not the best ever service was good.
