Rooms very comfortable with all modern appliances, food excellent at a price well below the 4 star hotel, in other words excellent value for money. Always we have special requests like secure bike place overnight, breakfast very early (ie 6am), check out late etc etc....and all times they meet our requests, a real customer service that goes beyond at all times. Thank you again for all your support and kindness Un abbraccio

The disapoit... read more I served today the lunch at The restaurant, at about 2pm. It was quite busy, but the food has been served in acceptabile time and it was very good. The disapoitment come when I had to do the payment, not because of the price, but because the responsabile person was very slow and just served the customers based on his own preferences and not based on the queue order. It was clearly a racism situation. If you don't respect all your customers, don't expect me to go back there or to recommend it further. 5 start for the food, 0 for payment procedure.

There were 15 of us and we were gi... read more We were in Italy for a family celebration and since we have a cousin that lives in Moena she suggested we go there for lunch. There were 15 of us and we were given a private room with amazing frescos on the walls. The table was decorated very beautiful and it invited you in to sit. The attention to detail was amazing. We went with the chef's special of the day and it was mouthwatering. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and I would definately return there again. The staff was awesome the food exceptional.

The main waiter didn’t handle the orders in right order, even if we ordered starter, main and extra we were served pour and had to get his attention to the situation, not acceptable. Won’t go here again. This place is for the hotel guests that day by want to drive to the village, they have to pay the price...... Don’t go here if you have an alternative

Pumpkin dumplings and good strangulations! The second one based on really tender and tasty deer! good desserts! Overall a good lunch but maybe the portions could be enriched a little more, especially the second dishes!
