A four-course dinner with a great selection of wines from Weingut Alphart am Muehlbach (Traiskirchen).Choice of smoked Zander or ravioli stuffed with ricotta, w... read more A four-course dinner with a great selection of wines from Weingut Alphart am Muehlbach (Traiskirchen).Choice of smoked Zander or ravioli stuffed with ricotta, washed down with a Spaetrot Rotgipfler.Delicious onion soup followed with a Chardonnay. I don't usually like this wine, but was pleasantly surprised as it was young and not too heavy!Saibling or Beef in Red wine followed - chose the latter with the Pinot Noir - full and with a long aftertaste on the palate.Pudding came with a (too) sweet Rotgipfler Sweet Selection but it was followed by a Rotgipfler Sweet - much nicer!All in all a great evening with very generous wines from Lorenz and great service/food from the team as always. Very reasonable price of €60 per person including all the wines...do hope they have more of these!!
