So far, the only place in Slovakia where I experienced service like in the USA that is, the waitress knew which side to pour from, how to hold the bottle, how t... read more So far, the only place in Slovakia where I experienced service like in the USA that is, the waitress knew which side to pour from, how to hold the bottle, how to serve food and wine, when to take away empty plates and what cutlery to bring . A perfect fine dining experience at a reasonable price for Slovak conditions. I am a person who goes to a restaurant once every few months and this is the service I expect. The food was perfect I tried lamb, venison and veal. Also pea soup and beef tartare. Everything had a balanced taste, the meat fell apart on the tongue. I also appreciate the bread and butter served while waiting for the food once again something that is standard elsewhere and I missed it here. I've been thinking about going here for several months even though it's 20 minutes from my house :D But from now on, I won't take visitors and friends anywhere else. I'm looking forward to more culinary experiences and sitting with a glass of wine... aaaand I still have to mention the environment and the overall atmosphere a wonderful garden with a lake and the interior environment of the mill is also beautiful, and the period music that played here also suited it.
